Digital project manager – MICHELANGELO FOUNDATION

 

 

As the Senior Digital Project Manager you are responsible for all aspects of the Michelangelo Foundation’s digital initiatives. This encompasses both the Michelangelo Foundation website the Homo Faber website(s) and all digital marketing channels. Your role is to collect, understand and translate the needs of the Foundation into websites and other digital experiences for its target audience.

 

Your role includes the following responsibilities:

 

  • Collection of internal needs and translate into the requisite digital solutions.
  • Development of agency briefs and digital architecture documentation.
  • Management of RFPs to acquire new digital services.
  • Planification of the budget to achieve the objectives and follow up.
  • Management of internal team (2 to 3 people).
  • Agency management: contracts, project management, development, release cycles, end to end testing, quality, security.
  • Compliance with security and performance standards in collaboration with the various stakeholders, including hosting
  • Coordination with Group Partners: Security, Hosting, Quality & Best practices
  • Working closely with internal team and external agency partners inc. Salesforce management, Website design and development, and involvement in Search Marketing (SEO & SEM) and social media marketing.
  • Training and support for internal and external users.
  • Data security and compliance with personal data protection requirements.
  • Supporting the Foundation with long-term digital technical developments and improvements to be made to the systems, notably Salesforce. Interface with the Communication, Education & Partnerships, Artisans’ Engagement departments as well as the General Management of the Foundation in order to ensure the success of the projects.

 

Your profile :

 

Minimum of 5 years digital experience, preferably coming with technical development background. Master’s degree in computer science is preferable. Expertise in managing agencies and coordinating complex development environments/projects. A strong working knowledge of Salesforce (incl. Core, Experience and Marketing Cloud), content management systems and concepts. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills is critical as the environment is dynamic and multi-cultural with multiple stakeholders. Self-managing and highly motivated to create new technology and innovative solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit.

French and English must be mastered orally and in writing.
