MAIN TASK

 

Manage Jaeger-LeCoultre retail and wholesale doors (about 1/3 of the network) to achieve and exceed sales targets, create excellent brand presentation and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

QUANTITATIVE

 

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sell-out/ sell-in targets by pos/ boutique
  • Implement the model stock and stock rotation targets by pos/ boutique
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and express replenishment needs

 

QUALITATIVE

 

  • Create/maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners
  • Prepare and implement action plans by pos/ boutique including fairs schedule
  • Implement VM guidelines in all pos/ boutiques
  • Display excellent product knowledge and confidence to present to end-customers
  • Train pos/ boutique staff on products and brand
  • Increase average sales price and sales of high-end pieces in each pos/ boutique
  • Plan and manage consignment stock of high-end pieces
  • Ensure end-customer satisfaction

 

RETAIL SPECIFIC

 

  • Manage our growing retail network, both internal and external boutiques
  • Monitor and follow-up on boutique KPIs in order to achieve targets
  • Create and monitor weekly/ monthly action plans to boost sales and traffic
  • Implement and manage CRM programs
  • Boutique staff coaching and training
  • Accurate stock and back-order management
  • VM excellence
  • Supervision of boutique after-service and customer satisfaction

 

 

PROFILE

 

Education: 

 

University degree

 

Experience:

 

    • Min. 5-year experience in retail luxury business
    • Implementation/ management of retail KPIs

 

Skills required:

 

    • Language: Japanese full proficiency; business English
    • Analytical and numeral skills
    • Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
