Primary Duties

Jaeger-LeCoultre is looking for brand ambassadors/hosts who will excel in embarking our clients in the sophisticated timeless world of Reverso, our iconic timepiece to join our Sydney Pop up for 10 days between May 10th-May 19th on a casual basis. You have a demonstrated track record in building client relationships and experience. You strive to provide excellent client experience and have patience and creativity in navigating busy environments. Passion for people and affinity with watchmaking world is a must. Please note we require a minimum of 8 days of availability for dates mentioned above.


Job Description

• Assist clients with excellent customer service, maintaining the brand's high standards
• Ensure the client’s experience remains consistent throughout the client journey
• Consistently and accurately capture walk-in client data
• Maintain a high knowledge on the Maison and creation stories ( training will be provided)
• Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and story-telling skills
• Client-focused:
    - A passion to assist, whether with clients or internal partners

    -Developing, promoting, and communicating empathy for clients and partners
    -Ability to handle highly sensitive clients and situations
    -Strong understanding of formal and informal etiquette and manners
    -Organized and efficient
