The Regional Partners Retail Manager drives the relationship with the retail partners established in Singapore and Export Markets (Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) with the objective to implement the Maison strategy and achieve the defined sales targets. She / he acts as an ambassador of the Maison at all times as well as the regional expert leading the retailization of our retail partners network.







  1. Sales
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the management objectives and guidelines
  • Develop and support the retail partners network in all aspects (sell-in, sell-out, productivity, price control, product knowledge, training, service, and accessories, etc.)
  • Define and implement the relevant promotional activities and incentives programs with the key retail partners
  • Explore new distribution opportunities while ensuring top location and visibility in all new projects
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly and annual business reviews


  1. Stock Management and Merchandising
  • Ensure the proper inventory availability in store according to the Maison guidelines (collection and product mix)
  • Monitor the inventory productivity and take the relevant corrective actions
  • Secure a perfect visibility in all stores at all times in coordination with our Visual Merchandising team
  • Identify and secure new visibility opportunities (special windows, animations, additional space, etc.)




  1. Analysis, Planning and Reporting
  • Ensure the requested reporting is prepared and submitted on a timely basis
  • Master the operational tools and concepts (Booster, Match, JLSafe, Care Program, etc.) and ensure the retail partners staff are properly trained
  • Contribute to the yearly Strategic Plan preparation as well as other business presentations
  • Maintain a clear follow-up of the network evolution (openings and closings) with the Maison legal team (agreements, closing letters)
  • Monitor competition activities and performance


  1.  Regional Retailization
  • Be first in class in the region for the retailization of the Singapore and Export Markets network
  • Lead the deployment of the retailization strategy in the region, providing guidance and support to all markets
  • Coordinate with the headquarter and local teams the launch and follow up of the retailization projects
  • Monitor the proper KPIs (AIPL, Client data capture, auto-replenishment, Booster order entry, etc.) and act accordingly
  • Consolidate and review the External Retail performance and actions



  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Sales experience in luxury goods (watches, fashion, etc.) – wholesale / retail
  • Strong interest in mechanical timepieces
  • Excellent relationship-building, sales and organisation/ time management skill
  • High flexibility, independent and precise working style, hard worker,
  • Master Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) applications. Strong computing and analytical skills
