LOCATION                       Shanghai, China

 

MAIN PURPOSE

The training manager will be responsible in ensuring that all product and service delivery learning content is fit for purpose, re designing and creating new learning initiatives to make sure all our sales ambassadors and local teams, feel educated to deliver the Maison experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ensure all off & on-the-job training logistic support in a high standard in line with learning team standard. 
    Understand retail strategy and participates with the local retail team to implement selling ceremony in all boutiques.
    Conduct regular boutique & POS visit and make necessary recommendations for improvement.
    Provide insight from mystery shopping implantation and feedback, to continuously look at ways that we can improve education and service delivery locally.
    Monitor and evaluate training program’s implemented effectiveness, success and report on time
    Updating as necessary of all digital, online and other training materials; presentations; training guides; in store support tools; ensuring brand consistency in all training material across all platforms

 

JOB PROFILE

    Education: University degree at lowest;
    Experience: at least 5-7-year training background with solid course delivery experience, preferably in watch industry.
    Behavioral competencies: Detailed & self-managed; driving for excellence; team spirit
    Excellent training presentation and communication skills to large audiences in person and via digital tools
