Job Title: Store Planning Manager

Location: Shanghai

Reporting: Commercial Director

 

Main/Key Purpose:

  • Project management and coordination for all Espace, corners and shop in shop projects in China.
  • Flagship extensive project management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage coordinate and monitor all the “Espace” design project layouts, from the site survey to the opening.
  • Communicate with all internal and external parties to review business plan budget and shop requirements:
    • Internal: JLC China, JLC headquarter.
    • External: Landlords, JLC agents, Fitting-out and Furniture suppliers.
  • Responsible for Site Time Schedule and follow up the floor plan progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality of project.
  • Manage and prepare budget cost.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing for renovation works and store utility purchases.
  • Conduct regular visits to identify maintenance and improvement works of POS to ensure a perfect JLC image over the Region.
  • Identify new providers.
  • Price study analysis versus market and competitors.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduates in Interior Design or Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ retail experience, luxury high-end industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle new Espace opening and renovations.
  • Ability to design and to understand commercial needs.
  • Frequent travels within China is expected.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A good team player with proven organizational and communication skills.
  • Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft applications and AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.
