MAIN PURPOSE

To further reinforce the elevated positioning of Jaeger LeCoultre in China, we need contents that relevant to China market, Chinese consumers favourable, differentiated, elegant, modern and elevated. And across different channels and platforms, the contents need to be consistent and coherent so we deliver one holistic maison image to our audience in China no matter where. 
This role will need to understand the maison, understand China, understand Chinese consumers, understand luxury industry in general, and from there he/she will need to develop the local contents that meet Maison’s requirement. The content includes but not limited to video, pictures, media collaboration materials, social assets, PFS assets, and wordings in local language.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Work closely with HQ to adapt HQ content into locally relevant assets. Meanwhile, being able to provide insights on Chinese consumers’ preference for HQ to develop Chinese consumer favourable Global content.
2.    Lead the development of local content
    Find the proper maison communication tone and manner
    Identify the key communication angle for each campaign
    Manage the content on local owned social media: weibo, wechat, Red, PFS, from both visual and wording perspectives 
    Lead local shooting project
3.    Collaborate with media, partners and KOLs on content co-creation 
    Understand the different types of media/KOLs and their nature, and work with media partners as well as KOLs to find the right communication angle, tone and feel to fit for the maison image yet still true to the nature of the media/KOL themselves
4.    Collaborate with cross functions to oversee the overall content quality and execution
    Closely work with other functions especially digital mkting, EC, PR and CRM to make sure the content and communication on all the internal and external communication materials are true to the maison tone and feel, as well as with high quality.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.    Creative yet detail oriented
2.    Have experience on both visual and non-visual content creation related jobs. Media (editor), creative, digital marketing and PR background are preferred. Both inhouse and agency backgrounds could work.
3.    Having experience in luxury sectors is a plus.
4.    Adequate communication and interpersonal skills
5.    Personal and professional presentation skills in line with Jaeger-LeCoultre brand values
6.    Be able to absorb and assess information quickly.
