MAIN PURPOSE

Area Retail Manager is responsible for Retail Operation Supervision, Retail Reporting, Retail Business Sales Achievement, and Retail Marketing and Business Development of all boutiques in the designated Area. He/she has the responsibilities of ensuring that all boutiques maintain the highest image and service standards and compliance.
Area Manager is a Senior Team Coordinator, with good inter-personnel skills, able to communicate at all levels, not only with Boutique Teams but also with other related internal departments and external suppliers. A strong team player, he/she is also capable of taking initiatives to ensure that all Quantitative and Qualitative objectives are met.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Sales Management 
•    Sales strategies planning for each boutique to achieve sales BU and LE target. 
•    CRM management strategies implementation in each boutique to achieve annual KPIs and agreed event conversation. Enlarge new customer database through various of methods. 
•    Market trend analysis by knowing competitors’ performance. Business development, collect and provide qualitative market information and feedback on market trend.   
•    Administer sales and manage overall turnover and profit. 

 

2.    Operation Management 
•    Directly supervise the daily operations of the boutiques in the area. Align with the corporate requirements of compliance and service standards. 
•    Regular visit to the boutiques in the area. Provide feedback to the Boutique Managers to make improvement in a timely manner.
•    With the assistance by the line management, to control the boutique T&E cost and the selling expense. 
•    Ensure the smooth boutique opening, renovation and revocation. Support with on-site arrangement.  
•    Maintain good relationship with landlords and support negotiation on business terms. 
•    Assess, define and oversee retail and in-boutique training program to support/ monitor the integration of the staff cohesive and productive team.


3.    People Management 
•    Manage Boutique Managers by monitoring and evaluating their performance, and by conducting corrective or disciplinary action. 
•    Define recruitment criteria and conduct the interviews. 
•    Identify staffs’ potentials and work out development plan for talents in existing team.

REQUIREMENT:
•    Minimum BA degree and above 
•    8 years or above retail management experience, luxury brands preferred 
•    Excellent understanding of selling process and of customer behavior
•    Good communication and negotiation skill. 
•    Leadership skill to give directions and nurture the commercial team
•    Have strong analytical skill. 
•    Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English 
•    Willing to travel on business
