Position Summary:

Responsible for optimizing inventory and supply chain operations to meet customer needs and maximizing sales opportunities. The SCM Supervisor collaborates with stakeholders to ensure efficient stock allocation, product flow, and data accuracy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and monitor optimal stock levels, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and business goals.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, boutiques, and headquarters to secure the right stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage stock for new product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
  • Analyze sales and stock data to identify trends, optimize inventory allocation, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Prepare stock proposals and manage discontinued stock levels, coordinating with relevant teams for clearance action plans.

Supply Chain Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to boutiques and customers.
  • Identify and resolve any supply chain disruptions, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to inventory management and supply chain operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct regular sales and stock analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory allocation, and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and supply chain operations.
  • Utilize data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a related role.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
