MAIN PURPOSE

This role is responsible to develop retail partners business (retail partners – domestic wholesales and travel retail) and drive their performance in qualitive growth across partner accounts.

Leads retail partners’ business in strategic planning, solid performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a consistent and relevant customer experience in retail partners (– domestic wholesales and travel retail) business.

Execute and support retail partners operation to achieve sales target. He/she also needs to successfully execute the role of an intermediary between Maison and the retail partners.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Key responsibility 1

              Sales operation

  • Develop and execute sale growth strategies for both partner retail stores
  • Sell-Out / Sell-In management with POS in line with retail partners’ annual & monthly objectives.
  • Regular business report (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to provide the market trend & competitors sales to commercial director.
  • Monitor sales trend and develop & implement proper action plans in accordance with retail partners’ strategic directions / objectives.
  • Monitor POS & individual sales performance of POS staff & take corrective action if necessary.
  • Incentive scheme implementation and budget management in cooperation with the team
  • Manage and monitor retail partners’ budget & expense.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify key drivers and opportunities to boost performance
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize strategies accordingly
  • Deal with partners’ customer service and support

 

Network Development

  • New business opportunities in network development

POS operation and KPI Management

  • Set up and implement POS operation guideline in line with Maison’s global guideline.
  • Organize regular POS meeting (Partners, POS managers), Monitor feedback from POS in preparation of POS action plans.
  • Retail Partners’ KPI Management (CRM / Model stock / Stock fulfilment/ Stock coverage, Customer Service) 
  • Customer service coordination with retail partners aligned with Maison’ guideline.
  • Co-work with other department to provide the excellent quality of service and POS environment.

Business development project aligned with Business development team in headquarters.

  • Implementation Maison’s assortment strategy by POS and channel (domestic wholesales/ travel retail)
  • Product Performance Analysis
  • Product Activation (Novelties, Consignment, Core range, phase out, etc) Management.
  • Implement product launching & commercial strategy.
  • Institute and guide retail partners’ POS (domestic wholesales/ Travel retail POS) to follow HQ direction for ‘Retailization’ project.
  • Coordinate legal affairs regarding POS operations from drafting to conclusion (Contracts, Official Document, liaising with HQ & RIC legal team, and local attorneys.)
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and brand visual merchandising guidelines in stores

 

 

PREFERRED PROFILE

- University Degree with 4 - 8 years’ experience in Luxury industry (luxury retail background is a plus)

- Collaborate  and team spirit

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actions

- Self-motivated, proactiveness, results-driven, and proactive in cross-functional environments

- Problem solving and process management skills

- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills

- Positive mindset with can-do attitude

- Fluent in English

- Hands on Attitude

- SAP Preferred, Merchandising (inventory control & supply chain, logistics) background Preferred.

- Excel and PPT is Must,
