HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Support in the management of the CRM platform (Sales Force) with verification, analysis and control of the database for the optimisation of marketing/customer activities
- Supporting the Team in the preparation of presentations dedicated to the Retail Department and CRM HQ
- Support in the launch of e-mail marketing campaigns for our Dealers aimed at acquiring new customers and promoting and launching new products: target identification, DEM and Journey creation, results analysis and reporting
- Support in the management of specific marketing activities
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or similar
- Good knowledge of Office365 package
- Knowledge and use of Sales Force and Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Italian and English
- Good data analysis skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
