Client Experience Project Manager

Within the Client Experience team and reporting to the Client Experience Director, the Client Experience Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and working together with Retail, CRM, Commercial, Events, VM & SDP teams to deploy flawless client experience activations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Deliver the best journey to our clients, showcase our products and savoir-faire, and support the Manufacture team with distinctive experiences and strong storytelling:
- Watchmaking experiences: support implementation in different event formats (sourcing of scale model, tools, parts etc …)
- Online booking platform: page construction, copywriting, translation management and local training
360 ACTIVATIONS
Conceptualize, develop, and prepare the 360 activations of our Manufacture storytelling and watchmaking experiences from brief, content creation and implementation:
- Atelier d’Antoine: activation of our watchmaking experience program implemented around the world
- Watchmaking content: activation of our Manufacture savoir-faire movie series during the year
MARKETING COLLATERALS
Develop best-in-class marketing and communication tools strengthening our events and retail experiences, and offering our clients upscale treatment:
- Printed materials: develop and implement thematiques Newspapers, Leaflet, Menu …
- Digital: Audio guide development for our watchmaking exhibition
- Retail: Supervise sourcing and implementation of objects and components of events and in-store tools
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years in project management, preferably in the luxury retail and/or watchmaking industry.
- Deep understanding of client experience principles and methodologies, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Office suite with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel)
