Being part of the E-commerce and Digital Transformation team, you will be at the center of the business revolution the brand is going through. Dedicated to China and Japan, you will manage every business channel part of the local online e-business: from call centers, to website and third-party platforms (Weboutique, PFS etc…). Working with HQ and local teams, you will be responsible of reaching the sales objective in these key regions.


Business animation and Project Management:  

  • Implementing 360-degree plans on key product launches and campaigns of the Maison, for web, phone and third-party e-business platform
  • Building the specific e-business commercial roadmap of each market that would allow you to animate your business channels and boost the sale
  • Orchestrating with central & local key stakeholders including media, CRM, marketing and operations teams
  • Ensuring the call center team are well trained on every product launch and brand’s campaigns
  • Implementing business development projects in collaboration with our different HQ teams, markets, and local stakeholders to support growth of the e-commerce activity
  • Identifying new business projects opportunities in partnership with all teams involved






Performance management:

  • Defining the product catalog, the sales forecast and the stock for every e-business channels
  • Analyzing and follow-up with the markets on sales, traffic and service performance
  • Determining business / technical actions and solutions in collaboration with HQ and local teams to improve KPIs
  • Reporting





To contribute in your team success, you:

  • Have a successful experience of 2 to 5 years in e-commerce position
  • Have a very good analytical skills and client centric mindset
  • Have the ability to drive multiple projects in complex environment
  • Are fluent in English and French, Chinese is a plus
  • Understand the challenges of luxury industry
  • Are familiar with Chinese specific e-commerce platforms
  • Are dynamic, agile, collaborative and full of curiosity
