Missions :
Retailization & Operations support
-
- Support Head of Retailization on various projects, such as Ambassador club, Incentive programs, Boutique flows improvement & new digital solutions (project organization and follow-up, competitive review)
- Manage publication and follow-up on Omnichannel digital tools
- Provide support in various Maison activities e.g., Boutique opening, temporary Boutique opening
- Support in implementing Boutique action plans
- Support of presentations and process flows
Commercial support
-
- Optimization of the Commercial team’s agendas and be responsible of the coordination of their weekly/monthly meetings
- Support of coordination of Commercial teams working at boutiques & Area Sales Managers
- Support of yearly sell-in and sell-out, 5 years budget for all markets for the External Boutiques and Watch Point of Sales.
- Support of rolling estimates/LE on a monthly basis
- Support of business analysis, intelligence and network strategy
Operations support

- Support Operations team on daily operations (client orders, creation of credit notes, requests and questions) of the Watch Point of Sales
- Support with updating and implementing policy & procedure guidelines
- Manage uniform procedures for the region (order approval, buffer stock management, budget tracker)
- Support onboarding of new hires including uniform coordination and timely access to all Maison systems
- Support Boutique Teams on shopfloor during high peak seasons
Boutique non-stock orders

- Support for monthly orders of Boutique
- Support with creating and implementing new process to streamline communication and improve ordering process
Admin support

- Support Commercial, retailization & operations Teams with various daily tasks
- Assist with SAP Vendor and PO creations
- Plan, attend and minute all Team meetings
- Create newsletter
Your Profile:
-
- Completed studies in economics or comparable studies as well as first practical experience in the field of retail & / or wholesale
- Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and timely while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel Analysis, PowerPoint)
- Affinity and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new complex tasks; we expect an analytical way of thinking
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken German & English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Team player with an independent, flexible and persevering way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
- A hands-on personality who is flexible enough to take on a variety of tasks
