How will you make an impact?

  • Be the key contact point for Wholesale stakeholders
  • Manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales tracking & optimisation
  • Work with merchandising for proposals for retailers, based on needs and availability
  • Attend and participate in meetings with Key accounts and Retail meetings
  • Analyse and forecast product needs with operations according to strategic and business objectives
  • Analyse and report on sell-out activity by store and by product, as well as stock and sell-in analysis 
  • Prepare trends analysis and key areas of focus across the network to assist the commercial team in their respective commercial meetings with partners and strategy decisions
  • Create action plans at a POS level to maximise the Retailisation of the network
  • Proximity and market intelligence acquisition are key

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • Extensive previous previous experience at Managerial level in a similar within the fine watches industry in the UK
  • A fine appreciation of the luxury retail world and merchandising practices
  • Demonstrated results to negotiate and analyse the business, account profile and opportunities
  • Customer-oriented and end-client-focused.
  • Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with buyers in sophisticated buying organisations
  • Team-player, to achieve strong, coordinated results. Yet autonomous and flexible.
