How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Strategize on business opportunities in an omni-channel environments to maximise sales opportunities
  • Strategize on, program and curate exceptional experiences to connect with & engage the boutique audience
  • Communicate and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and define actions plans to boost team performance and the business overall
  • Set individual objectives, evaluate the individual sales performance, identify potentials within the team and define individual development plan accordingly
  • Guide the team to deliver a unique and high professional client service within the boutique
  • Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and build direct contact with VIPs
  • Be responsible for the respect of all Maison policies, procedures and guidelines
