Jaeger-LeCoultre is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant (9 to 12 months contract) to support exciting marketing projects for JLC's business in Malaysia market.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

SALES

  • Assist with boutique sales enquiries and support the retail team to deliver a memorable client experience
  • Manage and maintain performance data and gifts inventory for management’s analysis
  • Plan and execute calling campaigns to drive monthly boutique activations

 

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Collaborate with the Marcoms team to conceptualize, develop, and implement local PR & communication initiatives
  • Monitor the media landscape to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging potential issues
  • Research emerging social media trends and opportunities, understand and advise how the business can expand its digital presence

 

 

PUBLIC RELATIONS

  • Support in the pitching and managing photo-shooting arrangements based on business needs and to drive coverage on commercial products
  • Support PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation)
  • Support competition analysis and benchmarking research
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date media database

 


MARKETING

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Support boutique and marcoms team to organise boutique activations
  • Support the marcoms team to conceptualize, develop and coordinate local & international events
  • Prepare post- event reports including event performance, customer feedback and sales data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaign and sales initiatives

 

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Conduct regular boutique and POS visits to ensure the visual merchandising (display, products presentation) and the overall appearance (Lightning, Logos, counters, etc.) adhere to brand guidelines
  • Forecast, order, budget and implement seasonal animation themes in all boutiques and POS
  • Update and maintain visual panorama for wholesale partners
  • Reporting for VM related topics 

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum diploma holder in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing would be advantageous
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, ability to work independently and eagerness to learn
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent business communication skills in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
