In line with Jaeger-LeCoultre’s long term strategy of the market, the main responsibilities of the position are to develop the Maison’s brand equity, attract and develop local clientele, drive sales and set up the right distribution network in the market, accelerate business growth and brand desirability, orchestrate a 360° engagement plan, enable a transformation into a digital and client centric local organization, execute the agreed Maison strategy with excellence, build and develop a winning team and organization, and establish a close liaison between the regional team/Headquarters and the local functions.




  • You have solid experience and proven record in managing, growing and coordinating strategic market within the luxury industry
  • Aligned with HQ and regional team, you develop the long-term vision to build the path for luxury new retail business
  • Retail experience in the luxury industry is key
  • Experience in planning and managing P&L, including sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations is a strong asset
  • You are the Brand Ambassador demonstrating strong negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation and diplomacy skills
  • You strongly and truly believe in client-centric approach by engaging and leveraging an omnichannel approach
  • You are an inspiring leader, with good communication skills and a focus on people management and talent development
  • You have a good understanding of the Brand identity and a strong fit with the Maison’s values
  • International and multi-cultural sensitivity is key to work effectively with a dynamic and diverse team
  • You are autonomous and responsible for driving the business and ensuring team success



  • You have 5-10 years’ management experience
  • You have in-depth knowledge of luxury or client/retail related business, strong understanding of 360° business management
  • You are experienced in transversal project management
  • You have a good understanding of local digital ecosystem and tools
  • You have experience in working in a matrix corporate organization
  • Speaking and writing fluent English is mandatory and essential
