Key Responsibilities:

  • To introduce and recruit VIP customers to JLC, and maximise the business with HWM (High Watchmaking) pieces through events, not only limited to Jaeger-LeCoultre events and daily personal contacts
  • To provide continuous personal contact and tailor-made service within T&E budget for these customers which lead to higher sales
  • To analyse the potential in the database of own’s account and to enlarge the premium customer database and to optimise the sales with this client group
  • To propose all relevant partnership initiatives with external partners for premium client recruitment, engagement, retention, and re-activation in an effort to achieve higher sales turnover
  • To work with Manager on individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identify new business opportunities
    • To support Manger in curating personalized program for premium clients and support sales team across the region to curate the client journey for their premium clients
    • To propose clients for joining local and international events to sustain premium clients’ engagement

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' premium client relationship experience from luxury retail, shopping mall, CRM programmes, private banking etc.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of premium clients with established connection with them
  • Proven track record on sales and/or relationship management performance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Client Engagement Management segmentation, database and client reporting
  • Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager position
