HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

 

As Trade Marketing Business Analyst & Project Management Intern, you will be based in our Head quarter in Geneva and be integrated in one central department of the Maison that offers many internal collaborations with Sales, Marketing, product, purchase and supply teams and external partners (suppliers)

 

Main Missions :

 

  • Develop several analyses and reports inside the Trade Marketing & Visual merchandising departments (POSM Dashboards to track orders & consumption of our markets, Cost of opening a POS, installing a marketing campaign instore, Sustainability measures ..)
  • Effectively communicating the results of your analysis and insights in clear ppt’ presentation
  • Support the team during the Watches & Wonders International trade Fair development, especially the tableware experience managing round of prototypes, suppliers order , execution guidelines for markets
  • Support for the development of animation showcases (agency brief, design, prototyping, production follow-up, guidelines, implementation follow-up via local VMs)
  • Liaising with local VMs in different markets,
  • Regular competitive intelligence, with a report highlighting competitors' best practices.  Update VM tools (Animation calendar, showcase database, POS guidelines, etc.).

 

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU ?

 

You are looking for an internship as part of the end of your studies (Master) and you have already acquired experiences as business analyst, trade marketing, or projects management

  • Have a strong analytical mindset and have an affinity with numbers 
  • Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint are a must requirement
  • You are agile, solution and result oriented, well organized and have ability to work in team and independently.
  • You have an excellent level of French & English (writing, speaking and presentation skills required).
  • Knowledge of the Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
