MARKETING MANAGER – SWISS MARKET
Based in our offices in Meyrin, Switzerland.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the Marketing Manager – Swiss Market, you'll drive all marketing initiatives, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and integration across all touchpoints.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
-
Develop and ensure the deployment of visual merchandising concepts and window animations in points of sale.

Oversee local projects and traveling exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
TRAINING
-
Serve as the training expert for our products and our Maison, conducting regular training sessions to uphold a high level of product knowledge among Sales Ambassadors.
EVENTS
-
Conceptualize and coordinate compelling events.

Evaluate event effectiveness and suggest enhancements for client experience quality.

Calculate, follow, and adjust budgets when necessary.
TRADE MARKETING

Execution of all marketing plans aligned with HQ and European strategies to support commercial objectives.

Identify key leverages of success and optimize opportunities/resources.

Drive sales and visibility for new launches, crafting comprehensive action plans for each point of sale.

Support the key points of sale of the market in all their marketing & event activities.

Follow-up and monitor A&P budget.
MANUFACTURE GUIDE

Conduct engaging manufacture visits for end clients and journalists, showcasing our craftsmanship.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
-
Experience in Trade Marketing and Training, with strong commercial and product understanding.

Previous experience in the watches industry preferred.

Talent to multi-task while leading a project, from implementation to end results analysis.

Proven ability to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.

Organized, pragmatic, able to manage & build new projects from scratch.

Fast learner with a hands-on attitude and a proactive and autonomous approach.

Flexible mindset with quick adaptability.
-
Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.
-
Fluent in English, French and German.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Willingness to travel.
