Acting as a Maison Ambassador, the Sales Associate has the responsibility of providing every client the best customer experience including premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sales

  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Undertake direct sales with clients and prospects as well as private viewing when requested with Palaces and VIP Clients.
  • Ensuring sales transactions processed in accordance with required internal procedures using the systems provided.

 

Merchandising

  • Ensure all elements of visual merchandising are in line with corporate guidelines, and timely installed.
  • Ensure Excellency within point of sale.

 

Inventory

  • Receipt of new products, quality control, tagging.
  • Assist in monthly stock taking, of all items in boutique.
  • Ensure control of merchandise at all times.
  • Actively participate in proactive boutique stock orders, and order projections via stock movement analysis.
