Role Overview
The Boutique Manager is the key driver of the Boutique’s retail strategy, leading a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. The Boutique Manager is an entrepreneur, responsible for strategic business development, managing the daily and long-term operations of the boutique and ensuring the culture reflects that of the Maison.
Responsibilities
Strategize retail initiatives to generate revenue and hit sales targets:
- Propose and lead all activity that will improve sales to Prospects, Repeat and VIP clients
- Work with Commercial Director in the development of the boutique action plans
- Drive the team to reach and exceed sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, conversion rates, and average transaction value
- Proactively analyze sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize results
- Monitor and drive key sales KPIs, including: Client acquisition and retention rates, conversion rates and average basket value, percentage of sales to prospects, repeat clients and VIC, CRM engagement and usage rates
- Lead business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, fostering relationships with high-net-worth clients, and ensuring exceptional client service
Manage the Boutique Team:
- Assess the needs of the team
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to ensure a highly skilled and motivated team
- Implement structured training programs focused on product knowledge, client engagement, and Maison heritage
- Schedule the team to ensure proper coverage, according to needs of the business
- Define clear performance KPIs for each team member, including individual sales goals, clienteling targets, and CRM usage
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and meetings, providing actionable feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and service quality
- Create a culture of excellence, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s values and luxury retail standards
- Ensure that payroll and commissions are completed on time and follow company guidelines
Manages and Ensures the Proper Operations of the Boutique:
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies related to security, finance, and visual merchandising, in accordance with HQ and VM manager requests and guidelines
- Supervise the safety and well-being of the team, clients and product by following all RNA safety and security guidelines
- Follow all Finance guidelines in accordance with RNA procedures and policies and comply with requests for reporting as required
Responsible for Continuous Client Acquisition and Client Development:
- Ensure that associates are continuing to develop new relationships and hitting their KPI’s for client acquisition and client development.
- Maintain VIP relationships and works with corporate to help build and engender these clients
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to drive long-term customer loyalty and repeat business
- Work with associates ensuring that they are using the CRM tools at their disposal and proactively report any issue.
- Travel with clients to events and trips, national and international when appropriate
- Ensure the team actively uses CRM tools to track and manage client interactions, with a focus on increasing engagement and lifetime value
Develops and Maintains Relationships with the Community and with the Boutique’s Business Centers:
- Engender good relationships within the community
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strategic partnerships with local communities, mall/neighborhood partners, and business centers
- Represent the boutique at exclusive events, leveraging opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients
- Provide competitive intelligence insights, tracking market trends and competitor activities to adapt business strategies and an understanding of traffic
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of management, especially in the field of luxury retail.
- Exhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented.
- Strong leadership & customer service skills.
- Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail clienteling and CRM strategies.
- Flexible mind-set with the ability to embrace changes.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Proactive approach to analyzing business and human resource needs.
- Ability to motivate and develop team.
- Excellent communication skills and other foreign language is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency with MS Office software required, proficiency with SAP preferred.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and special events

Expected Salary Range: $110K - $120K
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
