Missions :

Reporting to the Retail Head, the Team Performance Training Manager is responsible for creation, organization and implementation of trainings to IWC direct-to-customer & Wholesale Partner staffs
He/She will take responsibility for supporting our POS in achieving their ambitious targets with regards to sales and customer experience. He/she will also support at global events as well as local ones organized by the market he/she is responsible for. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes DTC KPIs of network and derives conclusions on needed actions in collaboration with Retail Head 
  • Creates 360° action plan for POS and collaborates with local DTC and POS management with regards to execution 
  • Spends significant time at POS level to support with action plan implementation 
  • Coaches POS (management) staff with regards to KPI management, sales target achievement, relationship building, CRM and customer experience 
  • Creates comprehensive training and coaching programs for DTC & WHS staff on all levels
  • Develops and delivers trainings on Selling Ceremony, brand and product 
  • Collaborates with CXE department to foster roll-out of My Copilot learning app 
  • Actively contributes to development of new training and coaching concepts 
  • Training and coaching efficiency is measured by boutique KPIs and Customer Experience evaluation result 

 

EXPERIENCES:
-    Preferably 3+ years of experience in Training role.
-    Extensive experience in physical Retail, ideally in a management role 
-    luxury brand industries experience a plus

 

SKILLS:
-    Action-oriented, growth mindset
-    Open personality with great communication skills that likes to connect with people 
-    Fluent in Japanese / Advanced business English in both written and speaking
