Objective:

  • Ensure leading and executing strategic trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to increase IWC brand visibility and support sales growth. 
  • Responsible for the first-class representation of the IWC Brand at each Client’s touchpoints through Trade Marketing actions
  • Play a major role in promoting the IWC Brand to Trade clients.
  • Supervise creations and maintenances of boutiques & wholesaler shops visually attractive with the IWC Brand guidelines

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trade Marketing
  • Lead the development and implementation of trade marketing strategies aligned with IWC Business Plan
  • Collaborate with relevant team members to integrate trade marketing initiatives into the overall marketing strategy
  • Develop an active and strong relationship with HQ’s Trade Marketing and Architect’s teams
  • Coordinate activities between External Boutiques (EB) and POS and IWC HQ
  • Manage EB construction and openings, including design, tender, cost, negotiation, and coordination with constituencies
  • Administer Capex calculation and monitoring by actively communicating with Richemont Japan (RJ) & HQ Finance teams 
  • Partner with Sales team to develop Marketing and Communications materials for POS to strengthen IWC’s presence both online and offline
  • Prepare OOH data in coordination with HQ
  • Organize Pop-Ups

 

 

  1. Visual Merchandising (VM)
  • Define and implement the visual merchandising strategy while respecting the Brand guideline and Business Plan
  • Manage visual merchandising activities for IB & EB (2 to 3 times per year) and POS (once a year) such as:
  • Placing VM orders to HQ in a timely manner and track
  • Manage and monitor the stocks of VM items
  • Ensure consistent and visually appealing merchandising to maintain high standard of VM items with IWC standard by work closely with Retail and Sales team
  • Provide reports of the implementation to HQ through Yoobic
  • Actively communicate with EB and POS to provide seasonal VM to promote IWC brands
  • Create attractive and guideline honored Window display while coordinating with HQ and other relevant constituencies

 

  1. Others
  • Provide regular reports on the performance and make adjustments when necessary
  • Support creating documents for HQ visitors or other occasions
  • Research competitors, industry, trends and clients for the maximum impact
  • Provide additional support when necessary

 

Desired Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or related role
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one and respect deadlines
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools
