1) Summary of Position


To support Assistant Marketing Manager in all marketing activities for IWC in Taiwan with the aim to target IWC’s clientele efficiently and maximize brand exposure in order to establish the brand’s values and story.


2) Activities:


Advertising & Media

  • Manage monthly update of Media plan submission to HQ
  • Assist in managing all advertising production as defined by the media plan
  • Strengthen and maintain good relationships with media and influencers
  • Maintain and update the media & PR database



  • Execute the annual PR plan according the assistant marketing manager
  • Pitch media opportunities for editorial coverage
  • Coordinate photo-shooting arrangements
  • Assist in document translation, and proof reading
  • Maintain press material database/archives
  • Monitor press coverage, share daily and special clippings in a timely manner and be responsible for editorial valuations and clipping books



  • Support PR events and coordinate with related internal and external parties for event implementation and all collaterals (PLV, gifts, invitations, etc)
  • Work closely with Commercial Team to support product launches
  • Assist in sourcing suitable event space based on requirements of individual events
  • Provide relevant reports upon completion of events / campaigns


Visual Merchandising & Store Planning

  • Implement the VM plan to further uplift brand image across all channels
  • Assist in monthly HQ reporting of local VM results
  • Visit POS on monthly basis to train staff on VM guidelines
  • Coordinate all POS projects including Maintenance & Repair
  • Help manage the brand’s merchandise, gift and PLV orders with HQ as approved by local management, monitor stock, regularly review warehouse capacities and clearing



  • To handle all invoice processing and budget maintenance related to Marketing & Communication (A&P/ S&D/ Capex)
