RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Target

  • Assist Commercial manager to achieve annual sales target both in retail & wholesale network
  • Work with boutique manager to ensure retail sales phasing is well planned
  • Analyze wholesale sell-out performance and assist commercial manager to set sell-in / sell-out annual target for each dealer

 

Merchandising and POS management

  • Conduct monthly POS visit to understand market sell-out trend and competitors’ activities
  • Ensure brand space in the POS is well maintained and product display follows brand’s guideline
  • Assist and support in designing incentive schemes to boost sell-out when necessary
  • Assist commercial manager in brand DNA/product training to sales associates
  • Allocate stocks per markets/networks according to model stocks, representation, sales rotation, stock transfer and clients’ order
  • Evaluate and assess the stock demands, propose stock actions to reach ideal stock level and support sales needs

 

Operations

  • Daily SAP operation handling
  • Follow up stock / PLV enquiries from boutique and arrange stock transfers
  • Liaise closely with HQ for all product shipments, wish list, follow-up on status and documents, including providing invoice/proforma invoice
  • Work with retail team to conduct sales forecast and novelty wish list
  • Handle monthly staff purchase and delivery
  • Handle monthly staff purchase, HRSM and delivery
  • Ad-hoc inter-country transfer, eg. stock reallocation, Hi-sea transfer
  • Prepare monthly sales reports to monitor retail & wholesale performance
  • Prepare Taipei 101 mall monthly competitor sales report to share with SWM brands
  • Support watch logistics in marketing events

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • University degree with 3-5 years of merchandising, sales experience in luxury goods industry
  • International background and experience in international companies
  • Knowledge in SAP and BI is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
