We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager who will work with external project vendors in collaboration with HQ SDP team, to ensure that the brand’s boutiques and retailers’ point of sales are built, renovated, maintained and impeccably presented visually. This role is based in Singapore and will report directly to the Marketing Director.

In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent project management skills, a good eye for detail and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude. This role will be the effective bridge between marketing and retail, ensuring business continuity and success in the roll out of the boutique projects. He/she must be willing to work with passion and grow with the brand. This role is based in Singapore, and will report directly to the Marketing Director.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Store Design Planning and Maintenance

  • Manage building management and/or contract service providers to ensure that planned scheduled maintenance or repairs are carried out promptly and in accordance to the standards of the Maison and Capex.
  • Excellent project management skills in liaising with multiple stakeholders not limited to contractors, external project vendors, HQ and local teams in ensuring the communication and execution supports the boutique projects to be successful.
  • Ensure the delivery of imported equipment, furniture and PLV according to schedule
  • Ensure the updates and maintenance of the boutique in order to match with the quality standards and keep it fully operational in terms of Security & Sales.

 

Project Administration

  • Liaising with suppliers for orderings and to ensure the order forms and vendor creation in the SAP system
  • Liaising with Accounts / Finance for administrative matters such as follow up with all PO related matters through SAP and FISM system.
  • Work with Logistics on incoming/outgoing shipment with the support of raising LGSM for outgoing shipment and to ensure date of delivery and good quality upon arriving to our location

 

Boutique Renovations and Maintenance

  • Arrangement for night works for boutique renovation
  • Handle submission application work permit to the building mall management
  • Arrange security officers during boutique renovation/minor maintenance work for night work.
  • Liaise with IT technicians (if needed) during renovation.

 

Visual Merchandising

  • Through regular visits, ensure the visual merchandising (display, products presentation) and the overall appearance (Lightning, Logos, counters, etc.) of all boutiques and POS are in-line with brand guidelines
  • Create an effective maintenance reporting flow for the staff (internal or external) to optimise maintenance update and repair timing
  • Forecast, order, budget and implement animation themes in all boutiques and POS
  • Implement any new update on PLVs for our region’s Retail network
  • Reporting of implemented animations to HQ SDP for the whole region
  • Develop the window animation concept for local markets based on HQ guidelines
  • Be the key contact person for all VM matters during events and to support on the planning and set-up of all events.

 

Event Animation

  • Be the key contact person for the development of local event concepts (design and animation) together with line manager and HQ, based on local event requirements, with adherence to HQ guidelines.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in SDP and VM project management
  • Experience in luxury goods / retail industry would be of added advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation.
  • High flexibility and creative with a hands-on approach.
  • Macro and detail oriented, with problem-solving skills.
  • Tenacious and collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude and be self-motivated.
  • Confidence to interact with different levels including senior leadership.
  • Able to multi task and work under time pressure and adapt quickly to change priorities in a dynamic environment.
