Position Title: Digital & EC Supervisor

Mission
IWC is seeking for an experienced expert in digital & EC operation to drive brand preference, product desire and business growth. He/She is expected to develop integrated digital marketing and EC operations including official website, mini-program and third party platforms, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver the aligned results.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic planning
Support line manager to develop annual digital & EC marketing strategy covering all digital aspects not limited to WeChat mini-program, online advertising, search, CRC sales and customer service.
Initiate comprehensive and innovative digital/EC campaigns with various business objectives incl. branding, novelty launch, sales promotions, online retail traffic driving etc.
Support on planning of group-lead digital transformation projects.
2. Digital Marketing
Lead execution of digital marketing campaigns with support from agencies and internal partners, from campaign mechanism planning, content development, assets production, page design to result evaluation and data analysis.
Follow with HQ to track product/social assets and lead digital agency to develop assets on We-Boutique, Portal mini-program, SEM/social platforms and etc.
Manage and optimize brand digital platforms including official website, mini-programs, WeChat front & back end and boutique stores maintenance on local LBS platforms.
Support on implementation of group-lead digital transformation projects, initiate brand demand & requirement, responsible for UAT testing.
3. EC Operation (OFS: Brand Owned Flagship Store)
Take charge of daily operation of OFS, channels incl. WeChat boutique, CRC phone sales and website operation with support from internal partners.
Responsible for OFS daily merchandising, customer service, logistic delivery, etc.
Support CRC team in terms of activation communication, assets sharing and product training to achieve aligned sales target.
4. Business Analysis & Reporting
Ongoing analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, campaign/project basis) of key business metrics
Fully understand digital behavior of customers, digital marketing trends, and best practice from global or other industries.
5. Finance Management and Technical Support
Manage digital marketing and OFS EC related finance procedures, incl. routine payment, A&P tracking, etc.
Support in group platform technical maintenance and implementation, responsible for OFS/website related testing, etc.
Knowledge and Professional skills
• 3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing area is a must
• EC marketing/operation experience is a plus
• Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand is a plus
• Data driven mindset and communication with clear logic
• Fluent in English written and oral
• Should be skilled in Excel and PPT demonstration
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
• Bachelor degree or above in relevant major
