POSITION SUMMARY:

The Retail Manager South China is in charge of the development and management IWC Retail network performances in South China, based in Shanghai. He/She represents the Retail leader in South.

He/She is in charge of the achievement of sales target in all boutiques in Wuhan, Shenzhen and Nanjing set by the top management.  The cover cities may change based on business needs.

 

ACTIVITIES:
  • Definition of the short and middle term strategy for the South Retail China under his/her responsibility, in accordance with the Retail Director’s job objectives
  • Setting up and implementing South team members’ KPI and achievable target 
  • Organization and management of South team members and assigned tasks by Retail Head
  • Protection of the brand relationships with Malls
  • Complaint cases solving and coordinating with related 3rd party

    • Local brand P/L after direct costs

 

CONTACTS:

The Retail Area Manager South is the brand first contact on the South market. His/Her role is to represent and defend brand interests on the territory under his/her responsibility, both in terms of internal structures in South (local Richemont and Regional IWC Management) and in terms of external structures (Landlords, clients, suppliers and agencies).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Achieve IWC South China boutiques P&L objectives
  • Boutique management: provide the memorable shopping experience to customers
  • Team Management: manage the managers, train and animate the sales team
  • Clients management: conduct CRM actions, bring new traffic          

 

JOB PROFILE
  • Preferred university degree and above or equivalent qualification
  • 6+ years’ retail management experience in the international brands; relevant industries experience, i.e., watch or jewelry, preferred..
  • Fluent Chinese and English speaking and writing. No problems in reading and replying English emails.
  • Good interpersonal / management skills, be able to work with teams and coordinate with other departments locally
