Reports to:    Digital & e-Commerce Manager 
    

 

Mission 
The role is to lead IWC’s EC business on Tmall platform to deliver revenue ambitions and achieve operational & marketing targets.  S/HE is expected to develop integrated sales & marketing strategy and work with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the aligned results.

 

Main Responsibilities
1.    Strategic planning
    Initiate brand strategy on Tmall to drive business growth including but not limited to new customer acquisition, novelty launch, seasonal promotion, social CRM, etc.
    Develop holistic plan to pitch and cooperate with Tmall IPs based on brand marketing & product calendar.
    Establish good relationship with Tmall Luxury Pavilion, category and marketing IP teams, seeking for resource support and platform priorities.
2.    Flagship Store Operation
    Manage and guide TP’s operation strategies, plans and execution in terms of merchandising, activity planning, page/banner design, paid & free traffic, content marketing, customer service, logistic delivery, CRM, databank performance, etc.
    Lead TP to improve and optimize store design and UX leveraging Tmall/vendor’s new tools.
    Direct and implement regular Tmall event to generate more traffic and sales.
    Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, CVR, AUS, Refund/Return rate, AIPL on daily basis.
    Monitor TP’s daily operation to ensure brand equity and business target are well addressed.
3.    In-Tmall Marketing & CRM
    Take charge of all in-Tmall content marketing, both public and private domain, incl. Weitao, Brand Hub, campaign pages, short video distribution, KOL and content channels management, etc.
    Execute all Tmall related marketing campaigns, incl. IP collaboration, LP & watch category events.
    Develop and lead TP to execute in-Tmall CRM mechanism & communications based on brand CRM guidelines to drive member growth, retention & conversion.
4.    Business Analysis & Reporting
    Ongoing analysis and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly basis) of key business metrics including sales, merchandising, traffic, conversion, customer database and behavior, marketing campaign results, etc. 
    Track and analyze key players’ activities and performance in Tmall platform
5.    Finance Management and Technical Support
    Manage all Tmall channel related finance procedures, incl. TP commissions, Alipay accounting, routine payment, A&P tracking, etc.
    Support in group platform technical maintenance and implementation, responsible for Tmall store related testing, etc.

 

Knowledge and Professional skills    
•    Proven experience with end to end operation leadership experience in eCommerce area (8+ years) and strong background in Tmall store operation (5+years) is a must
•    ECRM or EC-media/performance marketing experience is a plus
•    Data driven mindset, able to manage and lead from strategic point of view 
•    Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand is a plus
•    Strong communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
•    Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently
•    Bachelor degree or above in relevant major
