To support our Visual Merandising and Trade Marketing Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a


Visual Merchandising Creative Concept Manager (m/f – 100%)




  • Global window design creation and materialization at all visual merchandising levels (retail and wholesale) in strong cooperation with suppliers and IWC Creative department
  • Concept development for displays, special decorations adapted to local market needs
  • Conceptualization and implementation of decoration and window concepts for boutiques, special events, and exhibitions
  • Development and project management of gifts with purchase
  • Ensuring brand consistency in all design concepts



  • Academic degree  related to fashion, decoration, merchandising or visual communication  
  • Minimum 5-7 years professional working experience as a creative manager, decorator or similar position 
  • Previous visual merchandising knowledge is expected
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry (fashion and materials)
  • Software knowledge: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Rhino
  • Good team player with a service oriented mindset
  • Written and spoken fluency in English
