For our Trade Marketing Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a


Trade Fairs and Exhibitions Project Manager (m/f – 100%)


The Trade Fairs and Exhibitions Project Manager is responsible for setting up, coordinating, and implementing all activities relating to trade fairs and exhibitions world wide. Crossfunctional collaboration with departments such as the internal creative center, architecture team, visual merchandising, and digital department, as well as the ability to work with senior management and stakeholders will be a key element of this position. 





  • Project Management of all trade fairs and exhibitions worldwide ( with large focus on the yearly SIHH in Geneva)
  • Strong cooperation with the head of architecture, visual merchandising and retail operations
  • Steering of the booth/exhibition design process as well as approval processes
  • Management and collaboration with local suppliers
  • Control and management of the exhibition budget as well as implementation follow-up and reporting
  • Collaboration with the digital marketing team for digital activations at the exhibitions/trade fairs



  • Completed Bachelor and/or Master degree with a major in hospitality management or marketing
  • Minimum of 3  years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong passion for intelligent creative solutions, as well as a strong eye for details are a must
  • Ability to deal with short deadlines under pressure and in a constantly changing environment
  • Hands on attitude as well as excellent communication skills which support interaction at all levels of the organization are required
  • Service-oriented mindset coupled  with the ability to work responsibly and independently
  • Possess knowledge and passion for the IWC Brand, previous experience in the luxury industry is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken fluency of the English is required, French or German language skills are a plus
