To support our Digital Marketing Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a


Senior Digital Manager - North East Asia (m/f – 100%)

Reporting to the Global Head of Ads, Media & Digital Marketing this position is responsible for successful delivery of digital programs within the North East Asia region. This will be accomplished by collaborating with key stakeholders at headquarters (IWC Schaffhausen and/or Richemont) and markets to translate our digital strategy in to concrete implementation plans across North East Asia.



  • Coordinate the translation and implementation of global digital brand strategy within the NEA region.
  • Coordinate the local teams to ensure translation of the brand image and message on locally relevant social media channels
  • Review and validate local media planning activities in support of HQ media team.
  • Develop the skills of the local organization across strategically important digital subject areas such as performance marketing
  • Ensure that IWC Medalia (NPS) and related customer feedback mechanisms are being properly responded to
  • Support the development and integration of IWC.com within the local markets and the continuous improvements in service based on locally relevant customer needs.
  • Generate actionable insights from complex customer data to drive growth in digital engagement and customer lifetime value across all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Lead and help the team develop a deep understanding and knowledge over the digital topics
  • Manage functional subordinates on content generation, digital advertising and local digital transformation projects
  • Be the key contact and consultant for Headquarters when it comes to digital in Asia



  • Completed university degree in communications, marketing or computer science
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of digital marketing is required
  • Previous successful experience working with or within the Chinese and other NEA markets is a must
  • Strong and proven experience working with Chinese digital channels such as: Baidu, Alibaba, WeChat & Sina Weibo
  • Demonstrable proficiency and technical skills in Facebook Advertising Tools (e.g. Power Editor), Google AdWords, DoubleClick & Analytics
  • Proven track record of using biddable media to acquire, engage, and nurture users throughout the funnel
  • Posess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use data to drive actionable insights
  • Proactive and forward thinking with the ability to critically analyze  marketing trends
  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in Mandarin, English and French
