To support our CRM and Data Team Schaffhausen we are looking for a

 

MARKETING AUTOMATION MANAGER

(M/F/X — 100%)

 

The primary focus of the marketing automation manager will be to own the marketing automation strategy and projects of the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Manage the brand automated client journeys in Marketing Cloud, that includes:

 

  • Collecting the needs from the key stakeholders, formalizing into business requirements in a clear documentation
  • Coordinating the implementation with the technical resources (IWC marketing cloud agency and Richemont teams)
  • Ensuring the automation flows are executed correctly
  • Making sure the content is relevant and up to date, coordinating the collection and implementation of assets with creative resources 
  • Building project roadmap and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Performing tests and coordinating feedbacks
  • Launching new innovations and channels
  • Creating reports on the journeys’ performance, support data analyst
  • Following-up on group initiatives

 

 

Manage the customer database in Service Cloud, that includes:

 

  • Following-up on releases, from grooming business requirements, to testing and ensuring successful go-live
  • Troubleshooting database issues. Following-up on IT tickets, constantly work towards improving the sanity of the database, working closely with data analyst
  • Creating appropriate documentation to train local markets
  • Communicating proactively to keep the users engaged

 

Manage the coordination with other digital products, that includes:

 

  • Onboarding and driving projects where a connection with Salesforce is involved (website, in-store, application…)
  • Participating in digital transformation discussions across the board internally and with the group, be the representative for CRM & Data 

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • 3 or more years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing cloud (or similar) for B2C or B2B brand; strong experience in setting up and maintaining customer journeys
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. French or German is a plus
  • Technical skills are a plus: SQL, html, AMP script coding
  • Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership
