To support our international retail team, we are searching for a:

 

RETAIL MANAGER- EMEIA (M/F/X — 100%)

 

As EMEIA Retail Manager you will contribute to the implementation of the global retail strategy in the European & Middle East boutique network consisting of 14 boutiques. In this role you will work very closely with our Boutique Managers, Retail Managers & Client Advisors in the region. You will report to the Managing Director EMEIA and work closely with the International Retail Supervisor.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Secure the consistent implementation of retail projects and initiatives across all boutiques
  • Develop and implement action plans per boutique related to the four main retail pillars:
  • Boutique Operations
  • New Retail: Omnichannel
  • Retail Activities: Retail entertainment
  • Customer Dialogue: CRM activation
  • Manage the IWC Retail network in the region to achieve retail KPI
  • Coach Boutique Directors and lead them to success
  • Provide advice and support to the boutiques on daily basis
  • Share best practices and key initiatives per boutique
  • Ensure regular reporting reporting on all retail activities in the region

 

PROFILE:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales or similar field
  • Minimum 6 years work experience in retail management experience in the luxury industry, preferably in watches, high jewellery or hospitality
  • Proven interpersonal and management skills, able to work with teams from different cultural backgrounds
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Dedicated and highly motivated individual with high affinity to our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products
  • Hands-On mentality and pro-active / strong customer service mindset
  • Fluent in English (German and French are a plus)
  • Wilingness to travel up to 60% in within the region
