To support our Retail Training Team we are looking for a:

 

RETAIL TRAINING MANAGER – SOUTH EUROPE (M/F/X — 100%)

 

Reporting to the EMEIA Managing Director and functionally to the IWC Department Manager International Training, the Retail Training Manager is responsible for the organization and implementation of trainings to retail teams, offering training and consulting services to boutiques and managing related projects. The trainer will cover all of IWC’s Southern European markets including Iberia, France,Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Belgium and the French speaking part of Switzerland and will be based at our headquarters In Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assessing the level & needs of training in collaboration with the Market Brand Director and his team.
  • Setting up with all stake holders an annual training program.
  • Delivering coaching sessions in boutiques of her/his network, animates training sessions to develop sales skills and to increase client experience and sales.
  • Organizing and conducts medium and large-scale training seminar at market level
  • Offering 360° Retail consulting services to selected boutiques including analysis of Sales KPIs, boutique operations and CRM implementation
  • Ensuring implementation of HQ-led initiatives at points of sale
  • Active contribution to the development of new training concepts and respective content

 

PROFILE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury segment
  • Open, communicative personality combined with a holistic business mindset
  • Great presentation and public speaking as well as interpersonal skills
  • Extensive selling experience and skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Open for travelling within Southern Europe at least 70% of their time with the permanent desk being located in Schaffhausen
  • Fluent language skills are required in the following: English and French are a must, additional Spanish and Italian knowledge are an advantage
