Performance Marketing Manager (m/f – 100%)


The primary focus of the Performance Marketing Manager is to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer awareness, engagement and ultimately conversion through the omni-channel customer experience. The aim is to deliver highly coordinated and targeted programs that ensure success of all our digital & e-commerce activities.


Reporting to the Department Manager Digital Marketing, the PMM will develop the overall online media strategy for the central e-commerce business as well as guide the local market digital media plans. The manager will develop implementation plans in conjunction with the Dept Manager of Digital Marketing to deliver impactful SEM to drive the business. In addition the PMM will seek to identify and leverage emerging platforms to deliver innovative new customer engagement plans.


Close collaboration with CRM, E-commerce and the wider marketing organization is necessary to ensure the successful implementation of all campaigns.



  • Definition, improvement and global coordination of search engine advertising as well as a keyword strategy
  • Development and improvement of a paid social media strategy
  • Steering and oversight of media-, creative- and web-agencies
  • Definition, optimization and implementation of monitoring tools
  • Updating and implementing the search engine strategy for iwc.com based on solid analysis of the brands site statistics and in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Define and track  KPIs across the digital marketing properties and collaborate with the e-commerce team to consolidate learnings and optimization
  • Development of  KPIs and Analytics reporting in collaboration with the Data Analyst
  • Analyzing and developing KPI repots for management
  • Identifying issues and optimization actions related to the KPI results



  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree related to Computer science, Digital Marketing or E-commerce, Marketing or Business
  • 2 -3 year of working experience in the field of digital performance management within an organization or media agency
  • Advanced knowledge of the entire google marketing stack (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Tag Manager)
  • Digital marketing and social media advertising professional with good grasps of all disciplines involved including Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter and Snapchat
  • Resilient, dynamic and team player personality with a pro-active and curious attitude
  • Ability to analyze and design complex systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are required
  • Possess knowledge and passion for the IWC Brand, previous experience in the luxury industry is an advantage
  • Written and spoken fluency of the English language are required, German skills are a plus
