For our global headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for a



(M/W/X – 100%)


The role will encompass working with the PR Team to ensure the development of the brand awareness through the management of PR clipping monitoring, evaluation and reporting, alongside with the support to the Department in providing the highest quality for all communications produced.


Start: August 2021

Duration: fixed contract




  • Daily PR monitoring and reporting including print, online and social media results together with DMR external agency
  • Tracking all PR coverage (product, partnership and FOB) to consolidate learnings and optimization
  • Analyzing and compiling comprehensive and insightful KPI reports for management
  • Management of transversal projects with various departments (Events, Social Media, Digital, CX, Literature, Museum)
  • Support PR, FOB and Partnership Department for all watch shipment coordination
  • Help the PR Team in the daily business including administrative tasks (SAP, etc.)



  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or another analytical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Problem-solving skills, analysis and ability to cultivate key insights
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in luxury industry would be a plus
  • Fluency in English, German & French advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
