To support our CRM team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a:


CRM Manager (100%)


The primary focus of this position will be to drive the CRM strategy execution of the brand, as well as carry-on CRM projects on a worldwide level.



  • Creating the annual strategic cross channel CRM activation plan for HQ
  • Coordinating with all markets on their local plan
  • Following-up on new CRM system releases (SAP, Salesforce …)
  • Monitoring the CRM KPIs evolution through dedicated analytic tools
  • Preparing the CRM strategy and business planning
  • Taking on new CRM projects, driving change within the organization





  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in CRM
  • Strong experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
  • University degree is required
  • Very organized, detail oriented, good social skills, showing strong ownership and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. French or German is a plus
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Media & acquisition skills are a plus
