Wholesale Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to IWC wholesale team.



  • Respond to authorized retailer questions regarding product, price, availability and delivery
  • Resolve customer issues and develop appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate good receipts of consignment and regular merchandise in SAP system 
  • Watch and Accessories wholesale order management: order entry, processing and tracking of sales orders and consignments
  • Update SAP system monthly for upcoming deliveries from Europe
  • Interact daily with all areas of the Company, including but not limited to staff in Europe, credit/finance department, logistics and after-sales service
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about current and past watch collections
  • Responsible for answering repair questions from authorized retailers, boutiques and call center help them solve any issues (delays, pricing, client frustration) and offer excellent customer service
  • Problem solver for all account issues (inventory, pricing, shipping, and credit)



  • Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience preferably in Wholesale Sales and Operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, problem solving mind set and team Player 


  • Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • SAP preferred
  • Full command of complete Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of merchandise process flows and retail math

Personal Skills:

  • Problem solver/Sharp analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints and develop appropriate solutions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Luxury Watch or Jewelry Industry is a plus
