YOUR MISSION


The IWC Assistant Boutique Manager is in charge together with the Boutique Manager of implementing the retail strategy, managing the boutique and boutique-staff, the daily operations and of building customer relationships. Runs the boutique-business as a deputy if the boutique-manager should not be around.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES 

 

 

  • Work closely with and support the boutique manager with all managerial and operational tasks
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as well as office team
  • Know IWC’s history, products and partnerships as well as the watch industry
  • Identify and/or creates sales opportunities inside and outside boutique environment
  • Acknowledge selling of watches, accessories and services as the main task and exceeds turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
  • Host clients and other stakeholders with the ability to provide outstanding personalized customer experience
  • Find ever new and creative means to exceed client’s expectations
  • Handle customer service requests and respective processes
  • Engage in CRM-activities such as prospect follow-up on a daily basis
  • Act as an ambassador in and out of the boutique and activate network to recruit prospects and clients
  • Maintain the boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards
  • Manage and lead the boutique team by example in the absence of the Boutique Manager
  • Conduct training and daily briefs with the Boutique manager

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence and general education
  • Perfect understanding of client satisfaction, luxury experience and strong sense for etiquette and human behavior
  • Strong selling skills and result-oriented
  • Able to adapt approach individually to respective client
  • Open and outgoing personality
  • Has perfect manners and can maintain a conversation elegantly
  • Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
  • Excellent communicator with ability to develop strong networks
  • Fluent in local language and English and ideally one more relevant tourist language
  • Applicants with background in Sales or Hospitality preferred
