IWC – Client Advisor

(Permanent, Full-Time)

 

Based in:        IWC Boutique, Location Battersea (new internal boutique opening in Battersea Powerstation Shop Center)

 

Mission:         The Client Advisor will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Management focusing on the following 4 areas:

  • To achieve the Sales and product mix targets
  • To develop the client base and grow CRM database following KPIs targets
  • To ensure the highest standards of Client experience
  • To act within the Brand values and comply with all Brand and Group guidelines and procedures

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Sales, Product Mix targets and other KPIs

 

  • To develop sales while creating the most welcoming atmosphere and interaction for outstanding client service
  • To reach the monthly and annual objectives determined by the Boutique Manager and Brand Management
  • To work closely with team members to maximize the level of cross-selling
  • To ensure the Brand’s price guidelines are fully respected
  • To ensure stock integrity and help with regular inventory checks
  • To ensure all transactions are carried out with the utmost integrity, respecting Brand and Group guidelines

 

Client experience, development, and CRM responsibilities

 

  • Proactively and regularly seek out opportunities to further develop the client pool of the Boutique and work closely with the Boutique Manager and the Head of Marketing to achieve the best CRM activity results.
  • Ensure client data integrity, privacy and quality and proactively participate in the Brand’s CRM activity
  • Respect the Brand’s Visual Merchandising standards of excellence and guidelines, while supporting sales and product mix objectives
  • Work closely with the Operations & Customer Service Coordinator and Boutique Manager to manage and resolve After-sales service queries
  • Take personal responsibility and be proactive in becoming the most knowledgeable on the Brand’s collections, universe, and history/DNA
  • Deliver superior service through strong knowledge of the competition
  • Act as an ambassador in and out of the boutique and activate network to recruit prospects and clients

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Strong experience in sales of luxury products with a keen interest in IWC and other high-end watches
  • Successful experience in dealing with high level clients and developing new business opportunities
  • Able to work diplomatically and well with different cultures
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SAP is a plus
  • Committed to ensuring an outstanding client experience in the Flagship
  • Proactivity and ability to generate new business and ideas
