We recruit

The Sales and Marketing co-ordinator is responsible for assisting in business continuity with the Brand Manager for the brands under the Brand Managers control. This individual will work closely with the Marketing departments of the relevant brands in Dubai and the HQ’s to ensure the Marketing strategy is implemented locally. They will also be responsible for various sales activities and will work closely with the wholesale partners to ensure the smooth flow of day to day business.

Key responsibilities

SALES

Supply chain

Assist the brand manager with the following tasks:

  • EDI orders on NSI
  • Replenishment of orders to Wholesale partners
  • Consignments flow to Wholesale partners (agreements, reports)

 

Admin

  • Assist the brand manager with back office processes (credit/debit notes, stock adjustments)

 

Customer service

  • Management of strap queries/ orders

 

MARKETING

Media & Advertising

  • Ensure to build and foster good relationships with Editors, journalists and other key media players. Ensure Press kits are sent out regularly.
  • Ensure products are sent to ALL major photo shoots.
  • Assist BM in Co-op negotiations with retailers
  • Monitor and report on media coverage (work closely with Newsclip/similar agency)
  • Advise retailers on any activity in relevant magazines
  • Management of press list
  • Strong negotiation on positions and brand/group leverage
  • Focus on Brand image

 

Social Media & Digital

  • Work with agency to ensure content is relevant locally on Instagram.
  • Cover brand events on social media.
  • Work closely with our wholesale partners in order to get a maximum of exposure using their social channels

 

Events

  • Work closely with Dubai, HQ and agency regarding costs, CI, attention to detail
  • Management of client list
  • Development of strategic partnerships in line with brand strategy.
  • Assist BM with Co-op negotiations with retailers.

 

Visibility and POS/PLV

  • Monitor and implement the VM strategy.
  • Implement animations and themes in store. (reporting)
  • Manage POS warehouse with BM
  • Ensure movement of PLV is always below 6 months (unless otherwise stated by guidelines)
  • Retailer audit every quarter

 

CRM:

Assisting partners with relevant content as per HQ marketing campaigns

Assistance with Client information cards per brand.

End client data base management (from events and RCS)

 

Candidate Profile

  • Strong office (especially EXCEL – level 3)
  • English language fluency
  • Excellent business writign skills
  • Professional

  • Bachelors degree (Marketing/ business or similar)
