Regional Digital Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the translation and implementation of global digital brand strategy within the NEA region
  • To deliver a comprehensive customer engagement program on WeChat that sees growth of the follower base, conversion to sales and the development of alternative revenue streams on WeChat such as in app purchases & games
  • To drive the implementation of campaign solutions to drive marketing growth by developing campaign strategy, building campaigns, monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance
  • Maintain daily activities to influence customer behavior across local Chinese channels, analyzing client-initiated conversations and advise appropriate marketing activities
  • To generate actionable insights from complex customer data to drive growth in digital engagement and customer lifetime value across all stages of the customer lifecycle



  • Degree in communications, marketing or computer science
  • Minimum 5 years in digital experience, experience with China market is a must
  • Strong and proven experience working with Chinese digital channels such as: Baidu, Alibaba, WeChat & Sina Weibo
  • Demonstrable proficiency and technical skills in Facebook Advertising Tools (e.g. Power Editor), Google AdWords, DoubleClick & Analytics
  • Willing to travel
