MAIN PURPOSE

 

Assist the Country Manager in the business development of the brand in the territory of Mexico.

Responsible for the timely processing & response of all tasks related to sales and marketing operations processes within Mexico and to and from Switzerland.

Provide support to CM and Communications Dept in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, events, importation and distribution of PLV materials.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sales

  • Process orders, invoices, consignments using required formats and platforms for wholesale and retail.
  • Client support: provide information upon product & accessory requests, availability, prices, shipping, etc.
  • Daily Booster management (sell-out, inventory, sell-in)
  • Produce and analyse sales reports as requested by Country Manager
  • Organize, update, and send product and accessory price lists to authorized retailers
  • Organize and maintain authorized retailer database
  • Send weekly product wish lists to Switzerland
  • Monitor budget evolution, current initiatives, incentives & results
  • Asist in defining, implementing & monitoring strap model stock per POS
  • Travel as needed

 

Marketing

  • Liaise and assist in the implementation & setup of brand strategies and events
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing Dept on assets and materials needed for events and SIS projects as per brand guidelines.
  • Assist TM Coordinator in the processing of all POS PLV orders in Richemont´s systems as per user guidelines

 

Administrative

  • Sharepoint, SAP processes, order releases and returns
  • Follow-up on the shipping and documentation for assigned products pick-up and delivery of orders (as needed)
  • Produce and complete CM´s expense reports as needed

 

Customer Service

  • Implements the local Customer Service Policy as defined by the Brand with a customer centric approach in coordination with Country Manager & local After Sales department
  • Respond to retailer & ecommerce accessory & service inquiries in a timely manner (prioritize by urgency of request)

 

JOB PROFILE 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Operatoins, Communications, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, Hospitality or related field. 

 

Required experience: 1 year minimum in luxury brand sales, operations or customer experience role

Technical skills / abilities:

  • Strong in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • SAP
  • Adobe
  • Canva
  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) required.  French or German is a plus.
