MISSION
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible of leading all activities to ensure business continuity and operations. Play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Support building a supreme service culture within the organization as well as with our external partners. Understanding the requirements and expectations of our partners and oversee that their expectations are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Sales administration
Processing orders
- Novelty implementation by liaison with HQ
- Submit weekly wish list based on pending orders
- Creating and execution of weekly allocation proposal
- Process order ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Update Model stocks- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Process return orders
- Monitor inventory level by liaison with delivery team
Updating changes in the system
- Update customer information in SAP
- Manage the status of the retail network in Booster
Customer Service
Provide the highest service experience to our partners by supporting sales and after sales queries
- Answer customers' inquiry on availability and delivery
- Resolve customer's Booster/Strike/WISE issues or complaints by creating SNOW tickets
- Provide dedicated information about watches and spare parts
- The troubleshooting and resolution providing of RCS cases
Administrative support for team
Consignment order
- Update available collection watches
- Process consignment orders (e.g. photo shoot, staff's dress watches)
- Support the marketing team with deliveries and ODN creation
Processing POs
- Process POs on non-stock S&D material
Sales Coordination and Analysis
- Follow THE DAILY business ACTIVITIES in close collaboration with the sales managers. In the
- Data gathering (on product line and reference level) and assessment to develop, recommend and implement and/or optimize sales strategies
- Independently creates and improves dashboards and reports to assist the sales team
- Monitoring of Retailization business projects .
- Analysis of monthly reports by; channel; product families and references and SOSI ratios to propose data driven initiatives that will increase stock-turn and a more productive level of trade inventory.
- Take ownership of and steer on the sales and KPI with target responsibility
Competencies:
- Autonomous, detail oriented and strong time management skills / able to manage deadlines
- Hands-On mentality, pro-active and problem solving minded / strong customer service mindset
- Tech-Savvy, excellent command of different software solutions, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP and CRM.
- Ability to analyze reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
- BBA / MBA in business or finance
- at least 1-2 years of experience in customer, service, sales, logistics or operations coordination.
- Affinity with the luxury industry is an advantage but not a requirement
- Fluent in English, Dutch would be a plus
