JOB TITLE: CRM and Digital Marketing Chief or Assistant Manager
 REPORTING TO: Marketing General Manager or Assistant Manager
 LOCATION: Tokyo, Japan

MAIN PURPOSE
 Responsible for planning and executing CRM and Social Media strategy and initiatives in order to strengthen the Dunhill presence and contribute to both retail and e-commerce sales. The position requires close communication with global teams and local stakeholders, in order to implement various types of CRM and Social Media initiatives in a timely and accurate manner.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM
 - Support and assist CRM programs and manage various customer profiling requests.
 - Work closely with global CRM team for the market introduction of clienteling app, House Card Program, and the migration of the customer database.
 - Support ECOM and Retail activities through creation of EDM and other digital engagement tools.
 - Conduct analysis of customer data as required by internal stakeholders.

 

Digital Marketing
 - Create and execute a local digital marketing strategy with the objective of creating brand fans, new and young customers.
 - Work closely with stakeholders to strike a balance between global branding and local messaging on digital platforms.
 - Work closely with ECOM team to develop positive engagement between digital marketing initiatives and official website/ECOM platform.
 - Assist the Retail team with their efforts to engage with clients through digital channels.
- Take an active role in partner companies’ online content management, such as department store websites and social network initiatives, etc.

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
 - Preferably experience in the luxury retail.
 - Proficiency of PC skills (At minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
 - Business level English, fluent Japanese
 - Strong interpersonal, communication, and client orientation skills
