職務內容：

- 專門店月目標與年度目標及品牌KPI達成
- 帶領門市團隊以最高標準品質及方式服務顧客
- 門市庫存管理並確保貨品完整及符合銷售需要
- 確保現金、庫存、物流及報告皆符合公司的流程並有效地關注和保護公司資產
- 在當地市場代表公司，尋找機會增加客源，吸引新客戶並與品牌建立忠誠的關係
- 透過良好的溝通方式促進團隊士氣，並創造一個正向、有活力的工作場所

其他條件：

- 具相關百貨服飾銷售或店櫃主管經驗者佳
- 認真負責、積極進取、對銷售充滿熱忱並對業績目標之達成有企圖心及責任感
- 穩定、抗壓性高且能確實遵守公司規定
