Reports to: Assistant Training Manager 
Position Summary

-    To develop, coordinate, and conduct training programs (included E-learning) for all the staffs of company;
-    Assist in the training records and facilities and providing consultancy and writing reports of training results.
-    Provide classroom training to retail staffs, improve retail performance
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
-    To provide and monitor on-site coaching in the front line shops 
-    To identify training needs and deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of in-house training and development programs for frontline staffs
-    To run E-learning programs, maintain the system
-    To assist the Training Manager in the preparation and translation of training materials for the frontline staffs
-    Assist in the coordination of Mystery Shoppers Program and Medallia Program: mechanics/execution, compilation of reports and analysis
-    To deliver new staffs orientation program to ensure application of knowledge and skills learnt during training
-    Assist in the follow-up of training programs
-    Revise and update certification tests, input certification and re-certification test records into Training database on a monthly basis or its equivalent in hard copies
-    To maintain and update training database 
-    To assist retail meetings and office development activities
- Bachelor Degree 
- At least relevant minimum 5 years in luxury retail, training experience prefer 
- Strong classroom training skills and experience 
- Have basic E-learning experience 
- Patient, passion in training, logistical thinking, hard worker 
- Team work spirit is a must, strong interpersonal skills 
- Good computer skill, be good at office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc
- Fluent English in writing and speaking 
- Good communication, organization and presentation skills
- Mature and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Frequently travel is required mainly within Mainland China
